The name of the Foundation is ABID FOUNDAITON.
The Registered Head Office of the Foundation shall be situated in House No- 25 (2nd Floor), Road No- 3/B, Sector No- 09, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230 and Liason Office at Mamudpur, Nazipur Pourashava, Patnitala, Naogaon, Bangladesh.
It is a Non-Government, Non-political, Non-profitable Voluntary and Charitable Organization.

উক্ত ফাউন্ডেশন এর প্রধান কার্যালয় বাড়ি নং-২৫(তৃতীয় তলা), রোড নং-৩/বি, সেক্টর -০৯, উত্তরা মডেল টাউন, ঢাকা-১২৩০ তে স্থাপিত। এবং রিজিওনাল অফিস মাহমুদপুর, নজিপুর পৌরসভা, পত্নীতলা, নওগাঁ, বাংলাদেশ এ অবস্থিত।
